Pre K  -  6th Grade

1. Submit the Application for Admission online:
   1. Click Here to Create an Account
   2. Pay the application fee of $22
   3. Complete and submit the Application for Admission online
   4. After your child is accepted, you will receive an email to complete the rest of the enrollment packet
2. Submit the following documentation to the school office or online during the application process:
   • Birth Certificate
   • Social Security Card
   • Certificate of Immunization Form 121
   • Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
   • Parish Affiliation Form
3. Pay the $400 registration fee to the school office.
